    Batch broke his left wrist during the 27-24 loss in Kansas City on Sunday and will have surgery on Wednesday.

    Impacts: Coach Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday that he plans to go into Sunday's game with Ben Roethlisberger and second-year player Dennis Dixon as his only quarterbacks. A third, inexperienced quarterback will be signed, but Tomlin said he won't be ready to play.

    Justice has signed a four-year contract extension with the Philadelphia Eagles. The team announced the deal on Tuesday. Justice could have become an unrestricted free agent after this season.

    Impacts: A second-round pick in 2006, Justice has started every game this season after starting only one in his first three years in the NFL. He replaced Shawn Andrews, who didn't take a snap and was placed on injured reserve with a season-ending back injury.

  • Jay Cutler (QB) CHI

    Cutler, who had 12 interceptions in the previous five games, completed 24 of 43 passes for 171 yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to Philadelphia.

    Impacts: Cutler, who leads the NFL with 18 interceptions, did not get picked off until the final minute. Tracy White tipped a pass, Sean Jones came away with the ball near midfield, and that sealed the win.

    Bell, who moved up from the practice squad after Garrett Wolfe went on injured reserve with a kidney injury, carried four times for 81 yards in his NFL debut - Sunday's 24-20 loss to Philadelphia.

    Impacts: Bell's first NFL carry went for 72 yards.

    In Sunday's 24-20 win over Chicago, Vick took a direct snap and broke through the middle for a 34-yard run - his longest since returning to the league -on the game's first possession, leading to a 25-yard field goal by David Akers.

    Impacts: Vick has completed 3 of 8 passes for six yards and carried 13 times for 61 yards this season.

    McNabb threw for 244 yards against his hometown team and Philadelphia came away with a 24-20 victory over the struggling Bears on Sunday night.

    Impacts: McNabb's effort included a 48-yard touchdown pass to DeSean Jackson over the middle to give Philadelphia a 17-12 lead with just under six minutes left in the third.

    Simms was just 2 for 4 for 10 yards in Sunday's 32-3 loss to the Chargers.

    Impacts: After getting sacked twice and losing a fumble as the Broncos fell behind early, he was replaced by Orton, who didn't take a single snap in practice last week because of a sprained ankle.

    Gradkowski threw a 29-yard game-tying touchdown pass to Louis Murphy with 33 seconds left and Brandon Myers forced a fumble on the ensuing kickoff to set up Sebastian Janikowski's game-winning 33-yard field goal that gave the Raiders a 20-17 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

    Impacts: Gradkowski, who took the starting job from JaMarcus Russell this week, completed 17 of 34 for 183 yards and two TDs with one interception.
